Tremec 3550 TKO Basic Overhaul Kit Stock or Carbon Lined Rings
Basic overhaul kit for Tremec 3550, TKO, 500 or 600 series transmissions, GM or Ford.
Carbon lined synchro rings will permit smooth shifts at much higher RPM's than the stock rings. Tests have shown consistent clean shifts as high as 8000 RPM.

All parts in stock ring kits are genuine Tremec parts. All parts in carbon lined kits are genuine Tremec except for the rings.
Kit includes:
**Please note: On some early 3550 transmissions, the fork pads on the 1-2 shift fork are not replaceable. In this case, the 1-2 shift fork must be replaced with a new style Tremec fork, that has replaceable pads.**
1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th brass synchronizer rings (stock or Carbon lined)
front and rear seals
rear tail housing bushing (3550 only)
